DUPR 3.25–4.252 players

Over the next few weeks, you’ll develop the skills needed to become an elite defender and counterattacker. You’ll learn how to slow the pace of play, effectively handle drives and speed-ups, and stay composed against opponents who create chaos with aggressive attacks. This program will help you recognize when to reset versus counter from the midcourt, while also improving your decision-making at the kitchen line—understanding which balls to attack and which to defend. By the end, you’ll be more confident, controlled, and effective in fast-paced exchanges.

DUPR 2.5–4.52 players

This training plan is designed to help players become exceptional counter and reset players in pickleball by developing the skills, consistency, and confidence needed to excel under pressure. The program focuses on mastering the soft game, neutralizing aggressive attacks, and transforming defensive situations into offensive opportunities through disciplined technique and smart decision-making. Players will improve their ability to absorb pace, execute controlled counters, and consistently reset hard-hit balls into the kitchen to regain the neutral position. The training also emphasizes faster hand speed, efficient footwork, balance, court positioning, and shot selection, allowing players to recognize when to counter aggressively, when to reset, and how to transition smoothly from defense to offense. Through structured repetition, game-like drills, and progressive practice scenarios, participants will build consistency in fast-paced exchanges, reduce unforced errors, improve anticipation and court awareness, and develop the patience and discipline that define elite players. By the end of the program, players will have the confidence and technical ability to control the pace of play, win more hands battles at the kitchen line, and use effective resets and counters to gain a competitive advantage against any opponent.
